The company KOVOSREAL s.r.o. was founded in 2001. Our main production program is cooperation and production of semi-finished products to be worked subsequently. Last but not least, we also produce metal furniture, engage in powder painting and in manufacturing custom tools.
To meet these programs, our company has a team of qualified engineering workers. We continuously improve our products and services by efficient investing in human resources, technologies and processes. We use human and decent attitude to build a middle-sized family company that has become an important business subject in our region. On average, the company has around 60 workers in both categories (clerical and manually working) with many specialists on expert positions, which leads to favorably low fluctuation of employees.
The economic results are stable and on average they show a steady positive growth (both month-on-month and year-on-year). The produced goods are sold both within the Czech Republic and abroad.
For the upcoming period, the management of the company has made a resolution to improve complex services for both existing and new customers.
To achieve this strategic objective, the company has set up the following aims:
- To expand the production assortment - To increase its market share
- To reduce environmental impacts
The individual long-term objectives are further elaborated into specific aims and tasks with responsible employees and deadlines established, all that including allocated financial resources in business plans.
