Modern technology by the Trumpf company employed in our firm enables us to manufacture high quality products with great precision and flexibility. Our production can also be tailored to our customers’ needs based on their own drawing (provided in dxf, dwg files or in a printed form), or possibly according to a supplied sample.

CNC punching machines:
The Trumatic 200R machine manufactures sheet metal parts and sheet metal sets. The mechanism is able to cut into a sheet metal of thickness up to 3 mm and a working range of 2000 x 1000 m with precision of +/- 0.03 mm. Provided the clamps are removed, the size can be up to 2550 x 1270 mm.
The Trupunch 5000/1600 machine produces metal sheet parts and metal sheet sets. The mechanism is able to cut into a sheet metal of thickness of up to 4 mm and a working range of 3000 x 1650 mm with precision of +/- 0.03 mm. Provided the clamps are removed, the size can be up to 4050 x 1650 mm.

press braking:
The Trumabend V85SX enables manufacturing precise functional parts - the pressing force being 85 tons and the press braking length being 2550 mm.
The Trubend 5170S enables production of precise functional parts - the pressing force being 170 tons and the press braking length being 4050 mm.
