The powder coating shop engages in surface treatment of iron, aluminium or zinc products. By using the latest technology, we can meet the highest standards in surface treatment requirements. Applying the powder colours represent innovative and ecological solutions. Maximum part dimension on the powder coating line is 2500 x 1100 x 500 mm

After the surface has been properly cleaned, the powder paint is applied. The product is then placed into the furnace where the paint melts and cures to produce a long-lasting and solid surface. This environmentally-friendly method does not only make the product look fine but it also meets the highest demands on product surface properties.

Due to the modern powder coating shop equipment as well as our employees‘ know-how, we can take care of your orders to very tight schedules. The entire manufacturing process is carefully supervised and is then followed by a thorough inspection of the final product by Quality Control.
The essential condition for successful application of the powder coating compound (PCC) is the perfectly cleaned surface of the base. Therefore, the production line is also equipped with high-quality and modern chemical pre-treatment. The pre-treatment is carried out by a spraying procedure that involves four stages - grease removal with anti-corrosive and protective passivation employing warm rinse phosphatizing, double cold rinsing and final drying.

After proper pre-treatment of the surface has been completed, PCC can be applied. Nowadays, nearly all PCCs are administered by spraying in an electrostatic field. The common attribute of all such processes is that the powder particles are charged with positive charge, while the painted object is grounded. The resulting attracting force is enough to create a sufficient layer of the powder (usually 80 micrometers) on the object and to hold the dry powder in place, until it melts and adheres to the surface (180 °C by default, unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer). Our paint shop uses an electrostatic system, so called E-STA (CORONA).
