Our paint room offers the surface treatment of iron, aluminium or zinc products. We use the modern technology which suits the best to surface treatment demands. Powder colours are the modern and ecological solution. Maximal dimensions of parts for paintline are 2500 x 1100 x 500 mm.

The powder paint is applied to a product's cleaned surface. It melts in a furnace and then hardens to create a long-lasting and firm surface. This ecological method of paint application is not used only for the product to look good, it also meets demanding requirements for product surface properties.

Our modern powder paint shop equipment and the workmanship of our employees allow us to meet job orders in the shortest possible deadlines, while supervising the entire painting process and inspecting the resulting quality is a matter of course.

The basic prerequisite for successful application of the powder coating compound (PCC) is that the surface of the base must not be soiled. That is why our production line also includes high-quality and modern chemical pre-treatment. This pre-treatment is done by spraying in four steps that include grease removal with anti-corrosive and anchoring passivation by phosphatization through a warm flush, two steps of cold flushing and drying.

After the correct pre-treatment of the product's surface is completed, PCC can be applied. Today, almost all PCCs are applied by spraying in an electrostatic field. The common attribute of all such processes is that the powder particles are charged with a positive charge, while the painted object is grounded. The resulting attracting force is enough to create a sufficient layer of the powder (usually 80 micrometers) on the object and to hold the dry powder in place, until it melts and adheres to the surface (180 °C by default, unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer). Our paintshop use electrostatic system, so called E-STA (CORONA).
