INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY IN THE KOVOSREAL COMPANY Ltd
The Kovosreal company Ltd. was established in 1997. Its main production platform is a cooperation and manufacturing of semi -finished metal products for further processing and the manufacturing of metal furniture, powder coating and customized tool production.
The company established and applied an integrated management system (IMS) in the areas of quality, environment, health and safety. according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
This policy is represented by these essential points:
- Focus on the customer:
- Satisfying the customer’s needs at all times
- Meeting the customer’s terms
- The customer’s requirements and demands must be satisfied by supplying quality products, services. and activities
- Each product, article, service or activity must generate a need to do business with our company
- Focus on employees:
- Employees commitment and cooperation play a vital part in creating a successful organisation. Each employee therefore has been made familiar with their personal goals, be provided with means to achieve these goals and be well informed about the results (With a system of regular meetings and written records).
- Focus on procedures:
- Precise procedure definition within the Company represents the basis to determine individual responsibilities and competences. The integrated system of management is founded by creating standards as well as an exact definition of procedures followed by clearly and unequivocally set-up rules
The company commits itself to achieve the above mentioned goals by the following:
